We couldn’t be happier with the work Graham has done in our home. From start to finish, he treated the house with the same care and attention you’d expect if it were his own. He took the time to really think through the best solutions for every project, big and small, and the results speak for themselves. Graham helped us with leveling floors, laying new laminate, building new walls, fixing stairs, fitting profiles, window sills, chimneys, electrical work, doors, and even bathroom fixes — every job was done to a very high standard. His craftsmanship, reliability, and eye for detail are outstanding. We’re absolutely delighted with the outcome and will definitely be calling on Graham for any future work. We cannot recommend Graham highly enough. From start to finish, he was a total perfectionist and professional. His attention to detail and high quality work has completely blown us away. The transformation photos below don’t even do it justice! Our house needed a lot of work last year with a total renovation of the kitchen, utility, and living room along with improving the patio area. Graham recently took up the task of renovating a porch in our house which was poorly built many years ago.It was coming away from the main house.Graham explained in detail what was required and did an extremely thorough job in renovating the porch.His attention to detail was first class and every evening,left the place spotless after his days work.He,also, installed a new porch door and window and put down new flooring.We are very pleased with the quality of Graham’s work and would have no hesitation in recommending him for any type of construction work. Graham came to fix a leak in the kitchen at my Montessori school and did a fabulous job finding the cause of the leak and fixing it. He also replaced the kitchen units. He had amazing attention to detail and excellent workmanship. I would highly recommend Graham for any household renovations or repairs.

It is borderline impossible to get a decent, reasonable and a professional builder these days. Graham is all three of these. Very neat, tidy and with great attitude and approach. I can not recommend Duff Construction highly enough to anyone. Our project was to remove a dock leveller for unloading containers and to build a new ramp, along with cutting back a wall to accommodate a new shutter. This was a big job requiring a lot of demolition and pouring new concrete. Graham has done a fantastic job and we are very happy with the works carried out.

I had Duff Construction three times so far. Very professional, very thorough, very dedicated, always on time. Fixed a leaking tap, put a press in over the bed in bed room. Graham Helped Design & make a concealed door which consists of inset shelves & a press for storage. I was very happy with the completed product (see photo). Graham is a true perfectionist & gives great attention to detail he is also a very clean & tidy worker. We cannot recommend Graham enough. Our house is an old build and I find it hard to get someone with the expertise to do work on it. I’m so happy I was recommended duff construction. In all my years as a home owner and getting work done in my house I have never come across someone as professional and punctual and his cleanliness is next to none . The dedication shown throughout the time Graham spent here was unbelievable and i am absolutely delighted with how my bathroom and attic have turned out he has completely renovated my home and gave me so much space I am beyond delighted and I will look forward to using duff construction again to continue upgrading my home. Recommended through a friend, and was delighted with Graham’s work. I was a little unsure of how I wanted my home to look, but Graham had amazing ideas and vision, and gave me exactly what I wanted and more. he created an arched wall for our kitchen, and built a new wall to intergrate our tv. We recently had an bathroom/en-suite added to an existing upstairs bedroom. The construction was over an existing bathroom and was particularly awkward as the job was beside neighbouring boundaries to the rear and side i.e. a really tight space to work in. The interior was tiled with all work finished to the highest of standards.During the job we were consulted, informed and advised at every stage especially regarding interior layout and design. All of the exterior and interior workwork was completed with a minimum of disruption to the household. The site was cleaned up every day after work. Built a double extension onto my house from scratch. From foundations to slating the roof his work was fantastic. Attention to detail was second to none. Has a huge range of skills including brickwork ,carpentry, plumbing, tiling and painting. A Very Hard Grafter……Highly recommended.

I recently had problems with leaks in my kitchen, I was unsure if it was my roof or my velux causing the issue. I had tradesmen giving me huge quotes and bad advice. I contacted Graham, he took his time assessing the problem he gave me a reasonable quote . Graham went on to do an excellent job and I have had no issues since.
